See and download your data

My data shows what we store about your account and lets you download it as a JSON file. This covers your right of access under Article 15 of the GDPR.

Delete files or transcripts

In Privacy settings you can delete a source file (the transcript stays) or a whole transcript.

Delete your account

Request deletion from Privacy settings. We confirm it, check open payments and then delete or anonymise your data. Some billing records must be kept by law.

We answer data-protection requests within one month. Details are in the privacy policy.
