Withdraw from a contract

If you bought a plan or minute pack in the last 14 days, you can withdraw without giving a reason. Fill in the form, check the statement, then confirm it. We e-mail you an acknowledgement with the statement and the time you sent it.

• The contract ends straight away and its remaining minutes and AI Tokens are removed.
• Nothing used: you get the full price back. Part used: we keep only the price of what you used (the larger used share of the minutes or AI Tokens over the whole term) and refund the rest.
• The refund goes to the payment method you used, within 14 days.
