1. Nature of AI Notes
AI Notes are an additional feature available in one-time packages and subscriptions according to granted AI Tokens and the feature scope of the plan.
AI Notes are generated automatically by an AI system from transcript content and may contain errors, omissions, or simplifications.
AI Notes also include transcript translation into a selected language. Translation uses AI Tokens because it requires processing and generating a large part of the transcript text.
For transcript translation, the user may select an output format: verbatim — speakers and timestamps on every line; clean blocks — speakers grouped with no timestamps; prose — continuous text with no labels or timestamps.
For all AI Notes types, the user may select the output language of the note from the languages supported by the Service.
Completed and failed AI Notes may be deleted by the user from the dashboard. Deletion is permanent. AI Notes that are still being generated (pending status) cannot be deleted.
Completed AI Notes can be downloaded as a TXT or DOCX file directly from the dashboard.
Users should verify AI Notes before using them in legal, medical, financial, business, official, or other accuracy-critical contexts.
2. Plan access
Packages and subscriptions unlock AI Notes types according to the pricing table: Mini — short summary and transcript translation; Standard — short summary, meeting notes and transcript translation; Plus — summaries, notes, tasks, decisions and translation; Power — follow-up, chapters and quotes; Studio — creator pack; Business — business report and custom templates.
Actual usage depends only on available AI Tokens and the cost of each note (transcript length × note-type complexity).
Monthly subscriptions grant AI Tokens per plan: Lite 40, Pro 180, Creator 650, Business 2200. Annual subscriptions are granted AI Tokens monthly.
One-time packages grant AI Tokens according to the pricing table: Mini 2, Standard 8, Plus 24, Power 70, Studio 180.
3. AI Tokens
AI Tokens are separate from transcription minutes and are used to generate AI summaries, notes, and reports.
The cost of AI Notes depends on transcript length and the selected note type (length × complexity). The Service shows the exact cost before confirmation.
A technical error by the AI provider or the system returns AI Tokens for the failed action.
Dissatisfaction with the quality of an automatically generated note does not automatically return AI Tokens.
Validity of AI Tokens: tokens from one-time packages expire 12 months after purchase; subscription tokens expire at the end of the current billing period (no rollover in the MVP). Unused tokens past their expiry date are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
Consumption order: the system spends AI Tokens with the earliest expiry date first (FIFO by expiresAt).
4. Access blocks
Missing eligible package, subscription, or AI Tokens blocks new AI Notes.
PAST_DUE, BILLING_HOLD, or PAUSED status blocks AI Notes until the subscription is restored to a valid status.
5. Data processing
To generate AI Notes, transcript content is processed by the configured AI provider.
Before first use, the user must accept a notice about the automatic nature of AI Notes, possible errors, and processing transcript content for note generation.
The Service does not log full transcript content or full AI prompts in technical logs.
