Before you pay

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every verified account gets 20 shared minutes every month for captioned video or transcription, with no credit card.
Do my minutes expire?
Subscription minutes reset at the start of each period and do not roll over. One-time minute packs stay available for 12 months.
Is there a watermark?
Free exports are 720p and carry a small moving BriefVox watermark. Any paid pack or plan removes it and unlocks higher export quality.
What happens to my uploads?
Source audio and video are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Transcripts, notes and caption settings stay in your workspace until you remove them; finished MP4 or MOV renders remain downloadable for 7 days.
