Refunds and the right of withdrawal

The full rules are in the refund policy and the terms. In short:

• Subscriptions — you can cancel with a full refund yourself within 14 days of a payment if no minutes or AI Tokens from that period were used. See cancel a subscription.
• Packs and used services — when you buy, you ask us to start the service immediately. Once you use what you bought, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital services can end, as explained in the refund policy.
• Technical failures — minutes for a file that failed for a technical reason are returned to your balance automatically.

If you think you were charged by mistake or something did not work, open a request with the category Billing before disputing the charge with your bank — we can usually sort it out faster.
