Cancel a subscription

1. Open Settings and choose Billing.
2. Choose Cancel subscription.
3. Pick one of the options shown:
   • Do not renew — no further payments; you keep your plan, minutes and AI Tokens until the end of the paid period.
   • Refund and end now — offered only when you are eligible (see below). The subscription ends immediately and the payment goes back to the original payment method.

When a full refund is offered

Within 14 days of the payment, as long as no minutes or AI Tokens from that subscription period have been used. One-time packs are separate and do not block this refund.

You will see the result on the screen and in your e-mail. If something does not look right, contact support.
