One minute balance covers both transcription and captions.
- Each file is charged by its length, rounded up to the next whole minute. A 10 min 5 s file uses 11 minutes.
- The Fast mode charges 75% of the minutes (also rounded up).
- Minutes are set aside when processing starts. If processing fails for a technical reason, they are returned automatically.
- Editing, exporting and re-rendering the same file do not use minutes again.
Which minutes are used first
Minutes from one-time packs are used first, then free minutes, then your subscription's minutes.
When minutes expire
- Pack minutes are valid for 12 months from purchase.
- Subscription minutes are valid until the end of the billing period and do not roll over. Yearly plans add one twelfth of the yearly minutes each month.
- Free minutes are valid for the month they are given.
Your balance and full history are in Minute balance.
