Sign up, verify your e-mail and turn your first recording into a transcript or a captioned video.

BriefVox turns recordings into two things from one minute balance: an editable transcript and a captioned video.
- Create an account with your e-mail or Google.
- Open the link we e-mail you to verify your address. Free minutes are added only to verified accounts.
- Go to your dashboard.
- For a transcript, upload an audio or video file (or paste a link you have the rights to) and choose the language and mode.
- For a captioned video, upload a clip in My videos, pick a caption style in Captions Studio and render the video.
What happens next
Your file is processed in a queue. When it is ready you can edit the text, rename speakers, export it, generate AI Notes or style captions. Processing time depends on the length of the file and how busy the queue is.
