Minutes are taken from your balance when you start a transcription. After it finishes they count as used.
The minutes are returned to your account automatically.
Yes. The transcript and speaker separation may require review.
One-time package minutes are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Subscription minutes expire at the end of the billing period and do not carry over. After a successful recurring payment, you receive a new pool.
Yes, at any time in the dashboard. You retain access to minutes until the end of the paid period.
AI Notes create summaries, translations, tasks, decisions, quotes and reports from a completed transcript.
Yes. In AI Notes, choose Transcript translation, select the target language and confirm the AI Token cost before running it.
AI Tokens are used only for AI Notes. They are not transcription minutes and have a separate balance.
Cost depends on transcript length and note type. The backend calculates it, and you see the exact AI Token cost before using tokens.
Yes. Before creation, a modal shows the cost, current balance and balance after use. Tokens are spent only after you click the button that clearly states the cost.
Yes, if a technical error happens and the AI Note is not created. Dissatisfaction with the quality of the result does not automatically refund tokens.
Yes. A completed AI Note can be copied or downloaded as TXT or DOCX.
